Terms and Conditions – Use of Data

We will try to keep this as plain English as we can for you and as short and simple as possible.

If you buy something through this website then we collect your personal data in order to fulfill your order. We collect only the information we need. It is kept in a secure area and all passwords are stored in encrypted format.

You have access to any account data should you choose to set an account up rather than to checkout as a guest. You may edit your account data at any point in time. If you require us to delete your account – just ask.

Some of your data will remain in our files in order for us to comply with HMRC rules and regulations. We are obliged to keep accounts data for a minimum period of 6 years. We will only keep the data we need for accounting purposes but this is likely to include your name and address and your email address.

We can and will use your data for marketing if you sign up for our freebies. We won’t pass your data to anybody else. The only data we keep for marketing is your first name and email address. Please don’t sign up for the freebies unless you give consent for us to send you marketing material. To be fair most of the stuff we sent out is hints, tips and interesting articles plus a list of up and coming workshops. If you don’t want it then unsubscribe – there is an option at the bottom of every mass mailing we send out.

Before you check out you will be asked to confirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. That means you are giving us your explicit consent to keep your data and send you emails. If you don’t want to give consent then don’t tick the box.
