If you don’t measure results then how do you know what’s working?
Google Analytics is a free tool that gives you a selection of statistics by which you measure the success or non-success of your website (nothing is a failure if you learn from it).
The amount of data available in the Google Analytics tool can be overwhelming. Many people focus purely on how many visitors their web site gets. Google Analytics can tell you so much more but just where do you stop.
We have put together a short half day workshop to help you stop the overwhelm. This workshop includes setting up a dashboard so you can quickly see Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to tell at a glance how your website is doing.
Google Analytics has the potential to display a vast amount of data. We show you which measurements to focus on. You should be looking at your numbers on a regular basis so we help you save time by looking at the numbers that actually help.
In half a day you can’t learn everything about Analytics. Google gives so much. That isn’t what this workshop is about. You learn enough to improve your web site and your marketing efforts.
- How your website is currently performing.
- What appeals to your visitors (users).
- What isn’t appealing to your visitors.
- Where is your traffic actually coming from.
- How people currently find your website.
- A Google Analytics account attached to your website that has measured at least 30 days statistics.
- Access to that account.
This will give you the basis to assess how your marketing is doing and how changes in your marketing affect website traffic.
All our workshops are hands-on so you are not just learning what to do for your business but you are actually doing it too. Our trainers are very friendly and believe that having a bit of fun aids learning.
